Iliad 11.001–002

At O.05.001–002 and here at I.11.001–002, Ēōs as goddess of the dawn is linked with a myth that tells how she abducted the young hero Tīthōnos. The myth is narrated in Homeric Hymn to Aphrodite 218–238.
